Project:

IRIS application - It is made for American Express employees to manage all application vulnerabilities that are used at organization level. Different types of vulnerabilities get assigned to different band level people and they work on those vulnerabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Enhanced team collaboration by actively participating in Agile/Scrum meetings, providing valuable insights on quality assurance aspects.
• Hands on experience on writing test script using Java and Selenium.
• Using encryption technique in automation suit to maintain data security for sensitive data such as user name,PW,User ECN,user name.
• Running automation suit using scheduler job by Integrating with Sauce Lab.
• Achieved higher levels of test accuracy by designing and executing data-driven tests for various input scenarios.
• Enabled faster issue resolution, providing detailed bug reports with clear steps to reproduce and suggested fixes.
• Implemented advanced automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver ,BDD,TestNG and optimizing code reusability and maintainability across projects.
• Ensured timely completion of all assigned tasks within deadlines while adhering to established quality parameters.

VFKP(Vodafone FirmenKundenPortal)

• Having in-depth application knowledge and involvement in functional, UAT and PROD testing which helped seamless delivery of zero critical/major defect to production.

• Performed API testing using Postman tool.
• To automate API flow, used Rest Assured tool.
• Wrote and optimized test cases to maximize success of manual software testing with consistent, thorough approaches.
• Kept on track with deadlines for development cycle times.
• Operated under Agile and Scrum frameworks to complete releases and well-organized sprints.

Worked for Fulcrum is a leading-edge mobile software application offering that automates and streamlines inspection and service management operations for ESDs.The Service Manager provides centralized information management and communication tools that reduce errors, eliminate redundancies and allow dispatchers to work more productively.

• Worked with BDD framework with Java, Selenium, Gherkin.
• Tested Application on android and ios platform.
• Enhanced user experience by meticulously testing mobile applications for functionality and usability.
• Identified software defects through rigorous test case execution, contributing to improved overall application quality.
