
In Aftersales business as Global Spares Supply division, Strategic planning with distribution centers for creating purchase order in SAP to suppliers and planning stock transfer order with optimum transferable cost.
Worked on getting order and shipping confirmation from supplier for the purchase order and following updated price variation with customer.
Checking materials that are need price and supplier data update for current and
new materials listed from the design change. For obsolete and custom process
materials getting updated design and BOM from product data management(PDM) to
communicate with supplier for further production process.
Handling nonconformities from suppliers, distribution center and analyzing root
cause to eliminate that with reporting feedback team.
Reporting on stock value performance with distribution center and amount of stock
handled throughout the month and year to analyses freight and handling cost.
• Supplier Order Automation – Designed Power Automate workflows integrated with Excel and
Outlook to streamline supplier communication and reduce delays.
• Inventory Performance Dashboard – Built Power BI dashboards to monitor stock movement, freight costs, and
supplier metrics for strategic planning.
• Distribution Center Optimization – A cross-functional project to establish Dubai DC, improving delivery timelines and reducing freight costs.
