inREPLACE is a 5-year joint program by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), being implemented by a consortium led by IPE Global. It aims to reduce plastic pollution, including in the marine environment, through improvements in solid waste management and advancing a plastics circular economy. The program will be piloted in select states and cities, to demonstrate strategies and interventions that are scalable and replicable.

Circularity Hub will facilitate an enabling ecosystem for innovations and Start-Ups with principles of circular economy at the forefront. Its primary objectives include promoting sustainable business models by providing financial & technical support through inventive models of Blended Finance and establishing convergence with government schemes & existing industry initiatives.

I am spearheading the mobilization of funds through various sources, ensuring alignment with inREPLACE program. Further, supporting the setting up of circularity hub to alleviate:

(a) providing financial resources (blended finance, recoverable grants etc.) to assist MSMEs/Startups in the implementation of plastic reduction/alternatives product innovations, plastic reduction business models, management, and community-level innovations through public/private partnerships
(b) Supporting the innovators/SMEs in establishing linkages with other Government schemes to augment funds directly or indirectly
(c)Strengthening the overall ecosystem by supporting the operational and capital expenditure needs of the private sector innovators and service providers and
(d) Productization and commercialization of innovations
(f) providing capacity building support till they reach a level of maturity.
A robust ecosystem, People, Private sector, and Public collaboration (P-3), the hub seeks to drive increased circularity in plastics, addressing plastic pollution.

• As Assistant Director in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector at Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), role primarily involved supporting organization's research and advocacy efforts in promoting growth and development of ICT industry in India
• Worked closely with senior leadership, industry stakeholders, policymakers, and academia to identify sector-specific issues, opportunities, and solutions that can boost investments, innovation, and competitiveness across ICT value chain
• Responsibilities also included analyzing policy reforms, regulatory frameworks, and market trends to inform FICCI's position on key issues affecting ICT sector
• Helped conduct research studies, and other advocacy initiatives with Ministry of Electronics and IT to build awareness and consensus on critical ICT themes such as digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and technology development
• Through work, strived to facilitate transformation of India into leading inclusive digital economy that harnesses full potential of ICT to improve lives, drive sustainable growth, and create opportunities for all in country.

• As a Public Policy Manager, I have been at the forefront of shaping the institution's policy agenda, advocating for its interests to the Ministry of Education, and ensuring that it is well positioned to navigate the evolving landscape of public policy in higher education in consensus with NEP 2020

• As a Project Manager of the program WINGS, which focused on promoting women entrepreneurship and sustainability in India in partnership with the Ministry of Commerce and DPIIT
• I was responsible for designing and implementing programs to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of women entrepreneurs
• This included monitoring training workshops, mentorship programs, and networking events
• By equipping women with the necessary knowledge and tools, WINGS empowered them to succeed in their ventures while embracing sustainable practices
• This role has been instrumental in creating an inclusive and environmentally conscious entrepreneurial landscape in India.

• As a Financial Business Analyst, provided expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision support in driving financial performance of the clients and in supporting the organization's growth objectives
