My role is engaged as People Manager in GBS India, Global Program Manager for MDM transitions & ERP implementations and KAM for IT PMO services
- Managing a team of 20 members engaged in PMO services, transitions, scrum masters, digital transformation & ERP implementations
- As Program Manager for MDM, I oversee transitions & MDG tool implementations across GBS
- 50+ transitions with 300+ FTE build-up across GBS
- 100+ process stabilization initiatives in local entities by implementing standard data maintenance (MDG) tool
- As Program Manager for ERP implementation, I oversee 250+ ERP enhancements impacting GBS
- Stakeholder analysis & impact assessment of ERP enhancement/implementation in GBS
- Liaising with vendors, global & local teams to ensure seamless operational BAU & no impact from ERP enhancements
- As Key Account Manager (KAM) for IT PMO, I oversee the portfolio by maintaining relationships & maximizing value
- Identifying & tracking customer goals, VOC, BR's and driving business growth
- 1.8M value add delivered in 2022/23 across all divisions
- Strategic alignment on resource and cost allocation across GBS
- Identified and pursued new business opportunities to expand GBS presence
- Reported to executive leadership on performance metrics, challenges, and strategic opportunities
- In addition, I was responsible for drafting project methodology and project quality assurance metrics
- Introduce Agile Proficiency Program to build agile mindset in global projects team and GBS India
