Side Agreement Survey process (SOX Survey):

• Create/Maintain SOX Calendar.
• Investigate Side Agreements and gather complete details, work with Compliance Advisors.
• Create/Send Manager Carve Out Letter for Side Agreements.
• Create and monitor response survey response rate (Google/Cloud/Bets).
• Review site and ensure that all necessary collateral, carve out letters, etc are all uploaded for future reference.

Policy Violation:

• Maintain Policy Violation trix and log PV from Retrodating requests.
• Report OpEx and Cloud Violations Investigate PVs for validity, details, financial impact, level of PV.
• Drafting PV summaries, investigation, and update entries.
• Create/Send email remediation to violators quarterly Send reports to Compliance advisors for list of PVs per Product area.

• Managing E-Sourcing events for all category.
• Conduct RFxs for procuring all types of material and services (RFI, RFP, E-auctions i.e., Forward, Reserve, Dutch and Japanese).
• Provides an expert solution & suggest on the type of auction to be used for various scenarios and helps in selecting the right E-Sourcing Strategy, lot structure, bidding rules & disclosure.
• Managing and creating sourcing templates as per internal department and client requirement.
• Collect and analyze responses and populate decision matrix to allow supplier selection.
• Scoring & grading supplier’s responses via Ariba.
• Training Suppliers and Internal user on E-Sourcing tool specifics and resolving supplier issue regarding Ariba.
• Supplier outreach from various source, scrutinizing supplier as per company selection criteria and norms, Onboarding supplier ensuring complete due diligence.
• Accountable for E-Sourcing execution and acts as an escalation point.
• Ensure E-Sourcing requests are executed in line with category strategies and in compliance with relevant policies and operating procedures.
• Identify, understand and define internal customer needs, objectives and business requirements in order to propose solutions that can best meet the requirements.
• Management of master data and content management in collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Drive RFx process across the procurement spend areas beyond the threshold procurement spend.
• Actively involved in the solution implementation to ensure that solutions are accurately scoped and delivered in line with internal customer expectations.
• Make sure overall business processes are fully integrated in Ariba and practiced on an ongoing basis covering procure to pay process including the contracting process.
