JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
ONBOARDING / TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (PMS) Seamless induction process for the employees physically & virtually Error free data upload in the HR Systems Designing training calendar & programs in association with Trainers and evaluating training feedback Identification & Analysis of Training Programs. Identifying training and development needs through PMS (Performance management System) and LMS (Learning Management System) module and also in regular consultation with business managers and employees. Designing different Training and Development programs based on both the organization and the individual’s need. Scheduling and preparing training calendars along with the Training team for employees Sharing monthly Employee preferred training reports to senior management to help understand improvement their performance and efficiency of employees. Coordinating of Online Employee Performance Development Review Portal (360 Degree Appraisal System) for Pan India employees. Timely closure of All employees Status Quo & Functional KPIs to the Main Database Mapping of Appraiser & Reviewer PAYROLL / COMPENSATION & BENEFITS HR OPERATIONS & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: Reviewing yearly salary increment based on minimum regional salary and market. Online Training for PMS portal Collating with leaders for final calibrated ratings Rating updation in the PMS portal Preparing monthly HR & Engagement budget for my regions Sharing monthly MIS report for (New joiners, Double pay, correct cost center, LOP reversal sheet updation, salary hold / release etc. Conduction employee engagement activities in different offices and for different team. Planning and executive of festive engagemnet for pan India. Sharing calibration file with Payroll with regards to annual appraisal within timelines Closely working with the business and various other stakeholders for Salary increment, exceptional,increment, promotions etc. Planning Onboarding program for the new joiners Conducting HR Induction session for the new hires,taking them through various HR Policies and helping them settle down. Handling Rewards and Recognition for my regions. Conducting people connect sessions, Skip meetings,Leadership connect sessions, Ask Me Anything Sessions with the leadership, Town Hall etc. so that employees can voice their concerns, which are then resolved accordingly Planning and control different procedures for HR processes. Conducting HR Hour, to listen to employee concerns and grievances Liaising with Legal team to prepare charge sheets,Showcause letters, details for legal cases filed by employees and also to initiate legal cases against employees Attrition Analysis with management and supervisors to understand the challenges faced by them to retain the employees and control attrition Completing Exit formalities and conducting exit interviews with the employees(incudes disciplinary issues and Terminations). Processing of Full and Final settlement in lieu of termination, coordinating with finance department for any queries related to Full and Final settlement of employees Conducting employee engagement and fun activities for employees Doing policy cascade & refresher sessions for employees and managers on a monthly basis. Planning and developing Human Capital Plan. Planning and organizing employee activities and events MIS REPORTING Providing different monthly, weekly and daily reports to different stake holders (Monthly Head count, daily headcount, monthly leavers, Headcount Split, PMS report etc.) for various analysis Having sound knowledge of MS Office (Advanced excel formulas, pivot table, Power Point.
