• In Lets Transport, I was responsible for delivering end-to-end design and research with a great user experience for both clients and partners, while balancing tech limitations.
• Built features using a design library and usability testing to modify user behavior, which reduced late reporting of drivers and unfulfillment of bookings.
• Built a design library from scratch using design software and research on each element to improve efficiency in designing and engineering. It also reduced post-handoff design corrections.
