· Taking care of LCL Pricing for West Region (Mumbai /Pune /Ahmedabad).
· Meeting co loaders for effective pricing and discussion on rate levels on monthly intervals.
· Handling Sales related shipments including Branch and Corporate Sales team.

· Liasoning with Importers, CHA's, Overseas Agents for Ocean FCL cargo.
· consignments arranging from start to end.
· Providing excellent services to the existing clients.
· Liasioning with Principals & Agents at Destination for Cargo Status, Inland
· Haulage & Imports rates.
· Handling third country shipments if received any query.
· Once received pre alert from origin, Submitting manifest to our manifest team.
· Resolving any Debit note issues if available. Taking rate sheet from sales personnel
· Hand over the import charges of import shipments to invoicing dept.
· Submitting Invoices to customers as per agreed charges
· Giving customer best service & support. Providing end to end solutions.
• Worked in FM Global Logistics India Pvt Ltd as Import Manager looking overall work related to Import shipment.
• Co-ordination with overseas agent for import booking shipment.
o Handling Key Accounts.
o Mainly dealing with freight forwarders & CHA for LCL shipments
o Co-ordination with Overseas Agents for the pre-shipments activities like booking of Nomination shipments & request for Freight & Ex-works charges & updating accordingly to the customers.
o Co-ordination with Documentation dept for any issues related to manifest filing of our nomination shipments & updating accordingly to the customers. o Co-ordination with our Operations for any issues related to movement & destuffing of our nomination shipments & updating accordingly to the customers.
o Regular follow up with Customers for outstanding if provided the credit & updating the same to our accounts.
o Frequently visiting customers for New Biz & also existing customers for any issues related to shipments and trying to convince them.
o Co-ordination with Shipping lines for FCL shipment & Consol shipments o Weekly Consol planning of all sectors & if any shortage for closing consol then checking for Top up cargo with the customers supporting previously from that said sector
