Role: Test Coordinator.

• I have analyzed the requirements, created the test plans, prepared and executed the test cases, raised and handled the defects in SOLMAN. I have worked under multiple releases and achieved FTR.
• Scheduled a defect management meeting and ensured that the defects are resolved, and the test execution is successful. Logged incidents using SNOW for the unresolved defects, and worked with the team to get them clarified and resolved.

Role: Quality Engineering Senior Analyst.

• Interacting with developers, BAs, and management teams to understand the business requirements and design document specifications. Preparing a test plan, test scenarios, test cases, and executing them by following the Waterfall method for all the different applications within the project.
• Analyzed and created around 280 scenarios, creating test cases, and writing scripts using Jira. Running basic SQL and Unix commands in Toad for Oracle, Toad for ETE (End to End) Testing. Hands-on experience in SAP GUI, variants, job creation, editing/updating the tables, and loading data.
• Logging and tracking defects in Jira, and working with the development team to ensure defects are resolved on time, and achieve the target. I have worked on different teams: Payment and Customer, Disputes, and Collections.
• I have worked on multiple data creation requests for new projects, actively processed the new projects' files, effectively handled new tasks, and interacted with the external application teams. I have been working with the SAP R3 (SAP GUI) application, Unix, VMware Horizon, and Oracle for a client.
• Scheduled meetings and presented the daily status with internal teams and clients as per the requirements.
• Generated automated scripts using CBTA and Katalon Studio. Automated the web application-related test scenarios with these tools.
