Understanding manpower requisition & maintaining Head Count & Gross Margin
Preparation and Presenting Business Reviews (MBR, QBR, HBR & ABR) Decks for Client
Preparing & maintaining Business Metrics regularly in terms of TAT, Accuracy, Heat Map, PMR, IQMS Documents (Integrated Quality Management System)
Maintaining Process related quality document - FMEA (Failure mode effective analysis), RCSA, RCA, Causal Analysis, SIPOC, CAPA, Training plan and EA (Error analysis report)
Preparing SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), Change Management - Process Updates Sign Off for processes
Preparing Invoice Reports, Volume Forecast, Control Charts, Capacity plan & Budgeting based on volume Forecasting
Preparation Monthly Process Dashboards for all Activities
Conducting Monthly process review meeting with process owners on a monthly basis
Access Management – Taking care of all access requests and ensure associates are having access for application
Maintaining all process status as “Green”
Maintaining associate’s mandatory trainings compliance status for both TCS and Customer
Having regular team connect with across location
Maintaining & Tracking team’s productivity, utilization and accuracy
