• Clarity is a Permitting and Licensing software, that helps manage real estate sales & services related to it.
• It is hosted on Salesforce platform.
• In this project, got hands on experience in developing the integration of Clarity with few external systems for Complaint Management, Archiving of complaint documents etc. (Using REST API)
• Also, developed Portals using Experience cloud.

Projects:

1) Daimler South East Asia

• Worked for the Enhancement of existing code-base and Production Support. Received tickets (incidents & Change Requests) in Service Now with Priorities & we worked on resolution, within the required time.
• Helped with Scheduled data load activities using workbench & dataloader.
• Change requirements involved Validation rules, Layout & LRP changes, profiles, permission sets, user creations.

2) AbinBev

• Developed a LWC form for creation of Account & contact. The LWC form was hosted in a community Portal.
• Implement various validations logics, duplication checks & created Custom metadata to store certain form related data.

3) Bupa (UK and Global)

• Worked of development of deployment pipelines in Azure devOps
• Implemented SHIELD and Opportunity forecasting for Security & better performance of the org.

4) AM (Arcelor Mittal)

• Worked on enhancement of existing logics. Used LWC to implement the requirement.
• Created VF pages for managing customer rules and Product detail pages.
• Worked on Integrating SF with external database system, for fetching data dynamically.

5) Brenntag

• Worked on Integration of Salesforce org using REST API
• Developed automation for user deactivation.
