Experience of working in the ophthalmic industry for last 15 years. (9 years of corporate + 6 years of clinical optometry). Working with full of passion and enthusiasm. Started working in the clinical field to currently working in developing practice and academics in corporate sector.

For me, learning is a continuous process and that can be achieved over time with experience in different fields. I am always ready to explore new opportunities. September 2013 onwards

· In current Job responsibility, working with doctors in their
phacoemulsification skill development. Achieved many successes over
time.
· Conducted Biometry workshop/Vitrectomy drill as per the need of the
account.
· Sales activities – Conducted different workshop for staff training. Digital
engagement with the doctors and staff. Adoption of hybroid model.
· Worked with doctors on their practice development through adoption of
astigmatism management and Presbyopia management.
· Learned and given support on vitre-retinal setups for cataract surgery.
Attended basic retinal surgery also.
· Worked with faculties, KOL in the path, communication with them on
various aspect. Worked in FOL development.
· Worked on adoption of products by doctors - conducted counselor
training, staff training and doctors training.
· Mentored associates in their development.
