• Sustainably reduced annual costs of health care brand - Aqua Centric by 32%. Developed and built complex financial models and derive valuations, IRR, NPV, cashflows thereof to evaluate expansion of this brand.
• Heading the process of obtaining FCRA (Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, a statute for accepting overseas donations) license & registration u/s 501(c)(3) of US tax code for a philanthropy receiving donations of USD 2.5 M annually.

• Preparation & Analysis of Statement of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash flow Statement, Consolidation of group's financials & reporting for USD 60 M annual turnover group.
• Negotiated and obtained funding for USD 4 M project, which included developing and building financial models and derive IRR, NPV, cashflows thereof
• Negotiated settlement compensation amounting to USD 3.5 M
• Built up proposal for price increase amounting to USD 1 M from OEM clientele
