• Currently, I am leading a team of four people.
• Ensuring compliance with monthly book closure activities, reviewing the financial statements, including oversight of cash flow management, payroll analysis, and expense analysis.
• Automation of the inter-company transaction module to enable system entries to minimize manual intervention.
• Ensured the timely closure of both Ind AS and the Local GAAP audits.
• Assisting in the preparation of Ind AS and local GAAP financial statements for various Wipro subsidiaries across Europe.
• Working with various stakeholders, such as business finance, tax, and HR, to ensure compliance with accounting as per the latest accounting standards.
• Enabling the monthly MIS report for management for movement analysis.
• Ensuring healthy liquidity positions for the entities to ensure that all vendor and statutory payments are made on time.
• Preparation of a transfer pricing study for entities for the purpose of statutory tax filing.

Consolidation and Financial Reporting (06/2020 to 06/2022)

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including cash flow statements, of Wipro Limited, along with detailed notes.
• Conducted an external valuation across all Wipro subsidiaries for the purpose of investment impairment as per IAS 37.
• In-depth analysis of various consolidation tracks, such as employee benefits, leases, and inter-company knock-offs, etc.
• Worked on various financial due diligence projects from the financial reporting point of view.
• Gained in-depth knowledge of the accounting tool, SAP S/4HANA, and the consolidation tool, Hyperion Financial Management.
• Preparation of various MIS required for the quarterly audit committee meeting, highlighting the reasons for variance across Wipro's financial statements.

• Prepared financial statements and conducted statutory audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Reviewed and analyzed accounting records, including trial balances and general ledgers.
• Assisted in preparing tax returns, budgets, forecasts, and other financial documents as needed.
• Assisted senior staff members with compiling detailed reports for internal use or external presentations.
• Ensuring GST and income tax compliance, such as return filing, tax payments, etc.
