• Managed team of 10+ engineers in building new scalable labeling platforms used by 3 organizations in Amazon. 5000+ Data Associates(Amazon employees) uses the platform to generate 500k labels per week to improve ML model’s efficiency. Developed roadmap for 2024-25 to externalize the platform for 3rd party Vendors in generating data to improve ML models' performance.
• Owned customer-facing, business-critical applications and developed team mechanism to enhance the app's operation and development processes. The application's availability metrics increased from 99.0 to 99.8.
• Collaborated with leaders of 2 organizations, science and product team to structure goal of cost reduction. Defined P0 metrics and goals for each engineers in the team. The initiative reduced $2MM by integrating decision-making with ML models and reduced manual task.
• Promoted 3 Engineers to SDE-2. Hired 2 System Development Engineers and considering their interest, developed growth path to transition to SDE job family. They were successfully promoted to SDE based on goal success and stakeholders feedbacks.

• Lead SDE in the team and drove charter of improving privacy footprint of Alexa labeling application. Created roadmap plan to integrate application with privacy tools to apply 10+ Privacy controls. The app is internal customer facing UI tool build on top of reactJS and processes confidential Alexa customer data.
• Created architecture plan to migrate labeling service to AWS micro-service based architecture from legacy platforms. Developed project and execution plan for 3 SDEs. Based on successful delivery of the project and aligned to my career interest, I moved to SDM track in Jan’22 and started managing team of 4 SDEs.

Enhanced Portfolio Accounting platform to generate real time analytics reports of Asset Custody, Collateral Management for prime brokerage customers. The stack handles 20k+ trades per day accounting for more than $2MM+. The enhancements helped to improve customer satisfaction score by 20% and improved trading volume by 500 bps.

Worked as SDE-2 capacity in developing OLTP cloud based platform to legally verify derivatives contracts. The platform has improved efficiency, stability and supported growing business of Alto trading, enabling firm to earn revenue of $40MM from high volume equity trading. Took additional responsibility of leading three support engineering team in onboarding equity customers to the tools.

As a core software Engineer in Derivative org, contributed in automating legal document generation process. This removed human touch in the process and saved 2 operation headcount for the firm and avoided risk of legal penalty due to manual error.
