• In-house consultant for Technical works and accompany DB team for pitch meeting.
• Technical advice and recommendation to internal design team for service schemes.
• Technical meeting with client/ PMC to understand the MEP design requirement and accordingly share details with team for RFP circulation.
• Validate vendor quotes on technical points for details being catered as per technical standards and project requirements.
• Finalizing MEP vendors (for commercials) as per project details, client / PMC requirement and the flexibility of vendors based on their number of projects in hand.
• Work closely with design team to overlook the MEP consultant schemes being proposed.
• Guide the vendor/Consultant to fine tune and finalize the specifications to streamline with budget being submitted.
• New vendor meetings, evaluation, pre-qualification and Empanelment
• Estimation and involvement in preparing BOQ for DB project.
• Finalizing the UPS load and Electrical load as per the project requirement.
• Along with BOQ , preparing the design brief report and share with team and respective vendors for proper working
• Site observation and preparing questionnaires and consult with PMC/Consultant/Client to collect clear requirement with respect to project.
