Worked on Rest API middleware layer interface platform for the client
Responsible for troubleshooting stakeholders’ concerns, Monitoring, Tracking and Analysis of various critical alerts in Splunk and Prometheus which are generated from the failed calls to the back-end APIs and reporting the same to the Client on priority
Built and maintained SQL queries for extraction of data from oracle database and analyse the same as per requirement
At times raise and analyse incidents when Business flow of Applications is disrupted due to technical failures and engage with various team to find the RCA of the issue
Responsible for monitoring various client specific tools and dashboards which is necessary for maintaining Business continuity
Creating and sharing Knowledge Articles and Documentation for the recurring issues
Guiding and mentoring the juniors in the team and made sure they understood and perform the task hassle-free
Adopting Agile methodology on blue green deployment model for functionality enhancement
Ensuring the weekend and AD HOC activities are performed without any issues.
