Responsibilities:

• Led comprehensive OTT platform testing, including sanity, smoke, functional, regression, and UI testing, to ensure high-quality streaming across devices.
• Conducted weekly SOLR QA on production for paramountplus.com and cbs.com.
• Created and managed test cases for weekly smoke tests across CMS International, domestic stage, and release branch environments, delivering QA sign-off reports.
• Analyzed requirements and user stories to design effective test cases, ensuring alignment with application expectations.
• Logged detailed bug reports in JIRA, providing reproduction steps, logs, and visuals for efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborated with the API automation team, supporting QA process improvements.

• Applied Agile SDLC practices, collaborating using JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Bitbucket, and Test Management tools.
• Performed Web and Mobile App testing (sanity, smoke, functional, regression, UI, API, etc.).
