Ocean Freight Rate Auditing.

• Reviewed and ensured adherence to ocean carrier contracts, verifying that correct rates and charges were applied.

CargoGuide

• Proficient in Cargoguide software, freight management systems, and logistics tools.
• Publishing QR airway rates on a daily basis, and AF and KL airway rates on a weekly basis.

Shipamax

• Optimized document processing workflows by utilizing Shipamax's machine learning tools to automate data extraction from shipping documents (e.g., item quantity, invoices).
• Annotating labels for all shipping invoices, e.g., invoice number, packing list number, shipper address, consignee, and buyer address, etc.

Testing

• Collaborated with developers and product teams to identify and troubleshoot issues within the CargoSphere tool.
• Loading demo contracts and inland rates in the cargosphere testing tool, and results for checking bugs.
• If any critical bugs are found in the cargosphere tool, we will inform developers through mail and team chats about defect/concern summary and actual results, and will ask for expected results.
