• Designs and Implements credit card operations policies and procedures and recommends changes to increase efficiency.
• Efficiently conduct screening and background checks for customers to identify potential associations with fraudulent activity or criminal records.
• Employ hands-on experience with CSAW, Actimize, Armor, and SQL (Putty) to sanction individuals and entities per Global and OFA Compliance, discerning false positives from potential hits, and investigating matches against sanctioned targets like SDNs.

• Inculcate a service excellence culture within the bank identify opportunities to improve productivity efficiency and quality and ensure. Banks policies and procedures and control and compliance requirements are compiled with.
• Handling the Branch IRDA Audit and Internal Audit and also performed Monthly Branch and Vault Audits.Manage Branch operations and audit related Documents Contributing towards making branch grow as a profit centre.
• Researching and evaluating client Creditworthiness, Checking customer credit score to predict risk, CAM preparation.

Provide consultancy to parents for admissions, oversee daily operations, and cultivate client loyalty to enhance referral networks.
