• Experience in setting up complete Foundation Data which includes configuration of Company, People Organization, Support Group, People, Product Catalog, Operational Catalog, Service CI, Incident Template, Change Template, Assignment Configuration, and Approval Mappings.
• Hand on experience in importing Bulk data using ARS Import tool/DMT as per the customer requirements.
• Resolving L1/ L2 issues with respect to BMC ITSM comprising Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Request Management.
• Creation of Documents (Installations, Configurations, Customization, new enhancements, Training Manuals)
• Designing new workflows as per the customization requested by customer.
• Conduct Internal Testing of the Customization's
• Conduct UAT with customer & maintain Defect tracker till closure
• Experience in working on SRM and SLM modules.
• Experience in customizing OOTB forms, creating new workflows.
• Good knowledge on Remedy Client tools like Developer Studio, AR Import tool, Spoon.
• Experience in configuring new process flows and approvals for a specific company.
• Experience of Smart IT configurations
• Knowledge of Email configuration and its troubleshooting.
• Experience in configuring ITSM foundation and process data using UDM.
