- Responsibilities include:
- Operational support to multiple clients within LRA by Deloitte.
- Data Analysis, Creating & proofreading inspections, responsible for Brand & Quality assurance, account operations, Client Ready Report, Creating & Managing Trackers.
- Make changes to the reports as per Client requirements.
- Performance evaluation, actively involved in enhancing & ideate new process, implementing new SOPs to achieve desired results.
- Reporting bi-monthly data analysis findings to upper management to use in making organizational decisions.
- Responsible for preparing and checking Daily / Monthly /
Yearly Reports and Dashboards to Business.
- Creating weekly dashboard reports for clients as per locations.
- Organized and delivered training sessions for new product content and technological advancements.
- Researched and identified new opportunities for product and brand development.
