  • Fraud BEPN pilot, 07/26/18, 08/19/18, Three CCPs from my team were actively working on the project to assist with relevant data to capture and report the data and the progress of the pilot. The result had been good and was identified as a potential enhancement that could be implemented across.
  • One GNA Voice Pilot, 09/01/18, 12/31/18, The entire team was selected basis their service intent on calls and were trained. The team had been able to achieve success in terms of the driving factors on VOCM (Knowledge, communication, easy and willingness) along with scoring the highest TBass scores across the floor.
  • Sole Prop Remediation (back log), 05/22/2019. A new team of JCCs and tenured CCPs were formed to work on an inventory of 30K+ accounts that were to be remediated post opening them. This was a part of an AML project which required constant monitoring of work effort. The purpose of this project was to confirm that we have the correct company structure listed on the account.
