Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to meet or exceed expectations.
· HR Systems Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to implement system enhancements.
· Metrics and Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of HR Services.
Generate regular reports like MOR, Scorecard, Quality Audit Checklist etc for management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.

· End to end employee's life cycle i.e., Onboarding, Payroll, Statutory compliances, Training, Learning Management System, Performance Management System, Employee Exit Process, and Full-Final Settlements.
· Yearly HR Budget Planning & Forecasting.
· Learning and Development Program Management across East Cluster.
· Core Member in employee Welfare Committee, Canteen Committee, MU Committee and SPOC for Ethics / POSH.
· Liasioning for 269 legal and statutory compliance including all type of license renewals, return files on timely with third party compliance partner.
· Plan, execute and monitor Apprenticeship Programs, Employee Welfare & Benefits program.
· Maintaining personnel record systems pertaining to Employee Life Cycle.
· Design, update, and share SOPs of all HR Policies and Processes.
· Plan, execute, periodical Employee Helpdesk Sessions on all type of queries like policy, payout, taxation, or other employee life cycle related queries.
· Retirement Settlements, Death Claims Settlements under Govt. as well as Employer provisioned benefits like EPFO, Term Life, Accidental Insurance, ESOPs, and Gratuity etc.
