1. Hospital Management System
Technologies: React, Vite, Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, AWS S3 Developed a full-stack hospital management application for managing patients, doctors, appointments, prescriptions, pharmacy, billing, and medical reports.
Implemented REST APIs using Spring Boot with Spring Data JPA/Hibernate for database operations.
Implemented Spring Security, JWT authentication, and role-based authorization for secure access based on user roles.
Integrated AWS S3 for storing medical documents and reports, with MySQL maintaining the related application data.

2. Chest X-ray Pneumonia Detection
Technologies: Python, TensorFlow, Keras, EfficientNetB0, Computer VisionDeveloped a deep learning-based system to detect pneumonia from chest X-ray images.
Used EfficientNetB0 with transfer learning for image classification and model development.
Performed image preprocessing, data augmentation, model training, validation, and evaluation to improve model performance.
Built the prediction workflow to classify chest X-ray images as Pneumonia or Normal.

3. Vision Anomaly Detection
Technologies: Python, PyTorch, DINOv2, PatchCore, FAISSDeveloped a PCB defect detection system using deep learning-based visual anomaly detection.
Used DINOv2 Vision Transformer for extracting high-quality visual features from PCB images.
Implemented PatchCore with a patch-level feature extraction pipeline and memory bank for anomaly detection.
Integrated FAISS-based nearest-neighbor search for efficient defect identification and automated visual inspection.
