· Mapping of surface ozone and its precursor gases concentration (NOx and CO) over North-West India using available ground based datasets and modeled reanalysis values.
· This study will aim to validate WRF-Chem and SILAM model performance for simulating tropospheric ozone and precursor gases concentration (NOx and CO) with due emphasis on the impact from different chemical mechanisms to understand the seasonal variation and model performance of gaseous pollutants over parts of India.
· The major objective will also include the study of effects of surface ozone concentrations on major agricultural crops of India.
M.Tech. Thesis (2013-2014)
Title: Terrain based Avalanche Hazard Mapping of North Portal (Rohtang Tunnel), Leh-Manali Highway, Lahaul - Spiti area of Himachal Pradesh, India by using Advanced Geoinformatics technique, Snow and Avalanche Study Establishment-DRDO, Chandigarh, Chandigarh
· Preparation of a high resolution Digital elevation Models (DEMs) from Cartosat-1 PAN Ortho-Stereo imagery acquired from NRSC, Hyderabad.
· Accuracy assessment of Generated Cartosat-1 digital elevation models of 10 m spatial resolution against Survey of India (SoI) topographic DEMs derived from digitized contour lines of 1: 50,000 scale topographic map sheets, Aster DEMs (30 m), and SRTM DEMs (90 m).
· Generation of GIS layer maps of topographic parameters like slope, aspect, curvature, ruggedness index using Arc-GIS software version 10.1.
· Generation of Land Use-Land Cover map using LISS-III satellite imagery., Used Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) method based on GIS framework to prepare avalanche hazard zonation maps and finally carrying out sensitivity analysis of the prepared zonation map using Dempster Shaefer Theory.

Title: Monitoring of Aerosol Optical Thickness over the Indo-Gangetic Basin for the year 2011-2012.,Department of Physics, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Varanasi
- Studied diurnally, monthly, annually and seasonal calibration of AERONET data of Kanpur obtained from Terra satellite, NASA.
- Used the Microtop instrument over 4 stations in the region of Varanasi and have validated the satellite data obtained diurnally, monthly, seasonally and annually for the year 2012
