Designed and developed Power BI dashboards to visualize created vs. closed support tickets, improving incident tracking. Basically extracted ticket data from ITSM tools (Remedy), transformed it using Power Query, and created interactive dashboards to analysis of open, closed, and pending tickets by team and priority.

Responsibilities :

• Created multiple dashboard and reports based on data received from Database/Excel.
• Created calculated column and measures using DAX expressions.
• Shared reports with the management team within the organization using Power BI service.
• Worked with different visualizations like (Stacked bar Chart, Clustered bar Chart, Scatter Chart,
• Pie Chart, Donut Chart, Line & Clustered Column Chart, Map, and Slicer).
• Used the Power BI service embed my Power BI report on a given webpage.
• Used different types filters and drill down reports in Power BI according to the requirements
• Used Power BI to show KPIs in the project.
• Integrated Custom Visuals based on business requirements using Power BI desktop.
• According to requirements, generated reports like Tabular Reports, Matrix Reports, Drill down Reports, and Charts.
• Created hierarchies, and dynamic measures (DAX) to analyze the performances of each KPI.
• Developed user interactive Power BI reports utilizing charts, matrices, slicers, tiles, gauges.

The Mainframe Console Operator is responsible for monitoring and managing IBM mainframe systems to ensure smooth and continuous operations. The operator acts as the first point of contact for system alerts and errors, controlling batch jobs, managing consoles, and escalating issues to technical teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor mainframe consoles and system messages using tools like IBM Personal Communications, RP Client, or HMC.
• Manage and control batch jobs through JES2, SDSF, and related interfaces.
• Start, stop, and monitor CICS regions and other critical system applications.
• Respond promptly to system alerts, error messages, and job failures; troubleshoot and escalate issues as per SOP.
• Perform IPL (Initial Program Load) and system restarts during maintenance or outages.
• Coordinate with system administrators, application teams, and support groups to resolve operational problems.
• Document operational activities, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing tools like Remedy.
• Maintain shift logs and perform smooth handover during shift changes.
