KEY RESPONSABILITIES & DUTIES
HR EXECUTIVE:
Ø Provide general support to the General Manager: agenda, meetings arrangements and documentation, reports, etc.
Act as a liaison with the Management Team and Corporate Services.
Ø Drive or give support on different kind of presentations, meetings notes, reports, slide-pack for communications...
Ø Monitor on-time execution of committed actions indicated by the General Manager.
Ø Write content for internal communications.
Perform all other related duties as assigned by the General Manager, under the guidance of the GM or any manager appointed by them.
Ø HR FOCAL POINT:
Ø Implement strategic HR plans at a global level : Development, Mobility, Succession, Training, Scholarship & Recent Graduates, Social Benefits and Recognition Plan...
Ø Communicate HR procedures and initiatives ensuring that they are understood and put into practice globally, acting as the reference person on HR issues coordination.
Ø Define/ update job descriptions and Department’ career path with management collaboration and according to the ISO indications of international approach.
Ø Support Management on the recruiting process.
Ø Manage the onboarding / offboarding comprehensive process and ensure its implementation globally (Welcome session, exit interviews...).
Ø Ensure the implementation of different tools such as Skills Matrix, Performance Review and Talent Matrix.
With the support of the Quality Assurance Engineer, ensure the success of the internal and external audits, such as ISO 9001.
Ø Ensure ISO HR general standards compliance and delegations’ breakdown with local requirements according to the ISO indications of international approach.
Ø Be the contact person for the Workers’ Committee.
Ø Be part of the Health and Safety Committee and ensure compliance with regulations on Occupational Risk Prevention.
Ø Promote and disseminate the Intelligent Robots organizational culture based on a new innovative global mindset, of anticipation, execution and adaptation to constant change.
Ø Support the Finance & Administration Manager on labor management issues.
