Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles and department/division transfers.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions and leave.
Taking care of salary disbursement process.
Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
Generating salary slips for all employees.
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
Responsible Screening of the candidate’s profile through job portals and coordinating with candidates for short listing and scheduling them for the interview.
Conducting Telephonic and F2F round of interviews.
Preparing and maintaining the recruitment related process documents and reports.
TRAINING & MOTIVATION ACTIVITY
Taking Care of Training and Motivation activity according the profile, department or team. Maintaining training schedules and calendar so we can conduct training as per the requirement
