Project 01 – VW TAYRON
Responsibility: Worked on parts like center s. Collaborative team of 5 members. Responsible for CAD activity and creating new concepts as per customer requirements.
Project 02 – BMW G65 Basis and Motorsport
Responsibility: Part of this project from Bi-release. Worked on parts like Lateral Bracket, Central bracket, PIA sensors. Also responsible for part release on the customer platform Prisma. Also done customer drawings of the parts and the product.
Project 03 – BMW G67 Basis and Motorsport
Responsibility: Worked on different parts like rear bumper, Mid cover, lower cover. Worked till B-release Phase and was responsible for parts like Central bracket development as per the styles and the Environment.
Project 04 – BMW G67 Cladding and Rocker Panel
Responsibility: Worked on different parts like Rocker Panel and Door cladding Styles. Development of brackets as per the latest styles, in the Release phase.
Project 05 – Audi-AUJ310
Responsibility: Worked on the Tech frame, Grill and Advanced Bumper. Worked on the small changes on the PLA brackets as per the Audi methodology.
Project 06 – PSA
Responsibility: Worked on both Front and Rear perimeters such as PSA P54 and PSA P1H. For PSA P54, I have supported with the tooling changes after the Data freeze. For P1H I was responsible for the bracket development using the references of the previous projects using remastering.
Project 06 – Daimler BR224 Front Bumper
Responsibility: Worked as a Team lead ,Creating the proposals and Task for the Team. Checking the parts with different parameter like draft , thickness ,See through etc. Involve in the Technical discussion and modify the Style as per the customer requirement. Designing the Brackets.
Project 07 – Daimler BR581 Rocker panel
Responsibility: Creating the closevolume, Interfaces and technical parts like bracket. Making the proposal for the customer meeting. Sharing inputs received by the customer within the Teams. create the lesson learn from the Projects.
