Experienced in credit card handling, hot listing, payments collection, Interest changes, Wavier & Late fee descriptions, exclusive promo offers for US clients and Balance transfer. I do have experience in clothing products & article knowledge, customer's refund & return cases, case creation for any escalated issue in SAP CRM and balance transfer.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Manage large amount of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, meet personal/operation teams sales target and call handling quotas.
