• Working as a Technical Assistant to the Head of the Civil Department. My responsibilities not only include keeping my manager updated on the current project progress, but also bringing the technical issue solutions for his decisions.
• I am the pioneer of the Project Monitoring team in the Civil Department at JSW Steel, Ltd. Under which my role includes coordination with the site leaders for their project initiation to completion.
• Vendor management is one of my key responsibilities. Initiating their payments timely and coordinating for their bills and work at the site.
• Preparing MIS, progress, and pending reports that are presented to the COO of the company.
• Quality Management - Coordinating after the rectification of the Punch List prepared by the quality department. The work completion bill for an area greater than 75% is not processed for inspection until my signature is provided.

Projects:

• JVML: BF 5, HSM#3, SMS#4, SP#5, LCP#5, roads, and drains. Worth INR 1,500 crore.
• Special Projects: Daroji Track Linking (ongoing), Municipal Solid Waste Management plant, Downhill conveyor 5, and 5 MT Truck parking. Worth INR 164 crore.
• CBSE Compliance Project - provision of lifts, boundary walls, ramps, and CWSN washrooms in five schools of JSW, as a mandatory CBSE compliance required for affiliation. Worth INR 6 crore.
• Infrastructure - Coordinating the construction of 99 houses in the newly constructed township in JSW. Worth INR
• Precast plant - When I joined 60% of the plant erection was complete, but I was involved in the problem-solving issues that we faced after half of the erection.

Project: Worked as a Planning Engineer for the new project, Hot Strip Mill 3, to be constructed in JSW Steel, Tornagallu, under their subsidiary company, JVML. This was the target for 18MTA project.

• Received the drawings, and I am preparing the materials required for the project.
• Worked on the requisition of the material in an application called HIGH RISE.
• Prepared MIS. Reporting to the HQ of ROHAN BUILDERS, Pune.
• Cost estimation with the drawings received, and prepared schedule in MS Project. Monitored the completion of each activity on time; if not, then addressed the issue that caused the delay.

• Developed and maintained detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Organized and coordinated technical team meetings to review project progress.
• Assisted in the preparation of cost estimates for projects and engineering changes.
• Created reports detailing project progress, risks, costs and resource utilization.

• Residential quarters - one of the townships in JSW Steel.
• CRM #1 - Utility complex.
