A socially conscious and impact-driven individual with a strong inclination toward public service and policy development. My academic background in political science, combined with hands-on experience in the social sector, has deepened my interest in the field of public policy. I am eager to apply my skills and insights to contribute to evidence-based, inclusive, and sustainable policy solutions that address socio-economic disparities, strengthen governance, and bring meaningful impact to society.
I worked as an intern with the Piramal Foundation under the SDNN (Surakshit Dada Dadi Nana Nani) Internship, which was launched in collaboration with NITI Aayog. The purpose of the internship was to understand the issues faced by senior citizens during the pandemic—such as those related to health, food, and pensions—and to help resolve them in the best possible way.
Participated as a VBYLD (Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue) participant during the National Youth Festival, which is celebrated annually to commemorate the birth anniversary of the youth icon, Swami Vivekananda. On this occasion, I was honored to represent Team Uttar Pradesh, at the national level and presented my idea under the track "Empowering Women and Improving Social Indicators."
I was allocated to the Research Institutes and Regional Centers Division, where I worked on developing a rating framework for research institutes. In addition to that, I also worked on Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) applications.
