● Responsible for handling & maintaining customer relations for 6 ongoing Programs
worth $ 873 K
● Multiple projects under the programs being undertaken demand involvement in steps
starting from Kick-off to final shipment of the product
● Responsible for managing cross-functional Project team of 15 plus member
● Hands on practice in tools MS Project, IQMS, all the Customer Portals.

● Handling various projects of Boeing military aircraft (F15, F18, APACHE, V22, CHINOOK, P8, KC- 46, BGS) & LM (F16, TLMAL & C130J)

● Knowledge of Direct & Indirect marking (sleeve & Tapes, Laser wire marking)

● Knowledge of technical documents like customer doc, BTP, SPECO, PS

● Worked on machines like Laselec MRO LASER wire marking machine (MRO 200A, MRO 200S & MRO 200 AV), Sleeve printing Machines TE3124 & Brady BP-PR300PLUS & also capable of handling maintenance dealing with foreign OEM’s by means of tele-maintenance.

● Worked in Planning Department in preparation of statistical documents like Job Assembly Plan (JAP), BOM and conducted time study for various activity during wire harness process.

● Commit to producing high quality products and services that meet or exceed the expectations of customers.

• Loaded, unloaded and identified building materials, machinery, and tools to distribute tools to appropriate locations.
• Assisted equipment operators in alignment, movement, and adjustment of equipment and materials.

• Mopped, brushed and spread paints, cleaning solutions, or other compounds over surfaces to clean or provide protection.
