Process Responsibilities

  • Perform validation for the Asset Creation, Trade processing and Trade settlement of accounted trades for OTC & ETD Derivatives products based on the instructions received from the Investment Managers (IM) on daily basis.
  • Manage Physical cash Settlements via Austraclear (Exigo) & RTGS modes as per Client Instruction and ensure that all the margin movements are recorded in the Accounting System.
  • Cash Reconciliation for all margins, bilateral trades and collateral booked in the accounting system with that of the Physical payments processed.
  • IM Reconciliation for all the Securities accounted with the positions reflected by the IM in their report.
  • CCP Reconciliation with the Clearer Statement and the Bank Account Statement reflected in accounting system on a day to day basis.

Projects

  • Cash Project for automation of Physical Swift Payments.
  • Automation of Margin Accounting in BNP's Internal Application.
  • Transfer of Custodian from External Bank Account to BNP's Custody Account & Recording the transactions in BNP's Custody Account.

Team Handling
