Key Responsibilities:

Syndicated and Bilateral Loan (Processing/Validation)

• Handling Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Gulf, India, and Hong Kong, as well as a Singapore-based location, to process daily periodic activities of syndicated borrowings and trade activities.
• Heading end-to-end lifecycle of syndicated and bilateral deals, like , drawdowns, rollovers, repayments & pre-payments along with calculating fees/interest/ breakage charges etc .
• Processing rate fixings, commissions, and external payments while ensuring accurate collection and distribution of interest & payments
• Preparing notices for bilateral clients as well as managing Secondary sale events for participation facility.
• Preparing payment like RTGS & Swift payments like MT202 MT103 along with Cover payments on the basis of client requirements
• Liaising with the treasury team and getting rates for carrying out exotic currency deposit
• Preparing Monthly Journal Entries for Finance team .
• Coordinating with Business support group/On-Shore team /Agent banks for appropriate clarification in processing customer request and for any business contention
• Acting as SME when required to resolve query.

Cash Flow & Reconciliation Management |System Operations and Compliance.

• Performing daily Nostro reconciliations to ensure transaction integrity and accuracy in multi-currency operations
• Escalating issues, control gaps, or system inefficiencies to relevant teams and management for smooth resolution
• Conducting internal account reconciliations and supporting production control processes to maintain audit readiness
• Ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements and internal compliance protocols across serviced European branches
• Booking all associated loan transactions in Back Office systems and reconciling data between Front Office and Back Office platforms
• Participating in ad hoc investigations and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to improve system enhancements and
  operational controls
• Managing cash flows across the loan portfolio, including authorization of financial movements and nostro settlements for
  incoming and outgoing funds

Team Enablement & Knowledge Transfer

• Training new employees on syndicated & Bilateral loan processing workflows, systems navigation, and compliance procedures to support team ramp-up and continuity.
