# Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire job execution process, from raw material to final dispatch.
• Conducting stage-wise inspections and preparing detailed inspection reports.
• Preparing project schedules and timelines, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing timely solutions.
• Coordinating with suppliers for each component to ensure on-time delivery, and maintain production flow.
• Lead quality management activities for global suppliers in the steel industry, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform supplier audits and quality assessments to evaluate supplier capabilities and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in response to supplier nonconformities, reduction in defects, and improving overall product quality.
• Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics, working closely with suppliers to resolve issues, and ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production and supplier-related quality issues, utilizing tools such as Fishbone diagrams and the 5 Whys to drive effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering,Procurement, and Manufacturing, to ensure continuous improvement in product quality and supplier processes.
• Delivered technical support to suppliers in addressing quality issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring product specifications were consistently met.
• Developed and maintained detailed control plans and process flow diagrams, ensuring consistency and traceability across the supply chain.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive cost-reduction strategies and improve the overall quality and efficiency of supplier operations, reducing material defects, and improving process efficiency.
