PROJECTS

Bank Muscat Projects:

• Developed the functionality to enable the user to reverse the PDS distribution and re-execute the PDS calculation for the period.

Dubai Islamic Bank Projects:

• At the time of account closure, the system should allow defining a customer account or charity account for PDS profit pay-out settlement and allow closing the account on the same day or on the PDS run date.
• PDS Data Migration – A tool to feed data into PDS tables for migrated contracts.

Internal Projects:

• FT to PO – Migration of the payment system for Islamic payments from funds transfer to payment order.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handled the Islamic banking client-raised issue and delivered within the client-committed date.
• Worked on Islamic deposit products, account products, and finance products.
• Played the model artifacts role in the squad to gather, document, and analyze the acceptance of user stories given by the BA.
• Code the required functionality, and also be involved in testing for various scenarios using the SEAT framework.
• I represented the Regression calls and daily maintenance calls and provided updates regarding daily code deliveries during the calls.
