Fraud Risk Loss Mitigation
• Determined the efficacy of using Daily Triggers from Credit Bureau to reduce fraud loss in the time of COVID-19 pandemic. Scrutinised important triggers which would save $ 18MM annually and reduce effective cost for the bank
• Developed MIS Dashboards using SAS for analysis of Instant Line Access granted to new customers. It helps to understand weekly on-partner and off-partner spends, utilization and performance trends of different products via various channels.
EXL Internal Project
• Developed a Portfolio Optimization Tool in R and Python for optimum selection of scenarios from different credit card segments for revenue maximization. The dynamic model optimized over 2000 decision variables under a minute
• Developed a classifier that can detect credit card fraudulent transactions. Variety of machine learning algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost were used to discern fraudulent from non-fraudulent ones
