Key Responsibilities:
• Managing Self-Operated Hotels: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Oyo-managed hotels, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, partnering with real estate developers, and expanding Oyo's self-operated hotel portfolio.
• Revenue Growth: Implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability across self-operated hotels.
• Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of operations, sales, and customer service professionals.
• Monitoring and analyzing key data of the region allocated including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, clients work status & receivables
Driving business revenue in the assigned territory with multiple product offerings, achieving sales targets in terms of volume and revenue; motivating the team to drive sales from them, and ensuring business on a daily basis.
• Reviewing around 6 branches on the weekly basis as per the daily KRAs
• Managing a team span of 100+ professionals, the role starts from on-boarding which is lead generation, supplier engagement, conversion and follow till profile gets online
• Identifying the opportunity & problem areas, preparing the action plan for achieving the key sales figures; actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement, management of sales support function and timely work completion of customers
• Administering a team recruitment, training, hand holding and ensuring high retention of team
