  • It was a mortgage loan project where we need CDQC (Customer Loan Application) document to review and provide authorization so that it can be further sent to underwriter for processing the loan that end party has requested for In case of rejection of CDQC document we had to intimate customer by issuing letter prepared on application and word as well to let customer know the reason for rejection and to send an amended loan application again to us

  • Moved to another unit of Citigroup US where we need to analyze the interest change on customers loan account, and in case of increasing change of interest rate, discount points, tax, we need to intimate customer by issuing letter from system Also need to co-ordinate with teams like CMI, HLO etc, in case of customer consent, changes if beyond 3 days, closing date issue and any other loan related issues.
