- Credited with the establishment of the first ever 24x7 Divisional Operations Centre to provide real-time, gap-free surveillance and integration of sensors and shooter assets to include kinetic and non-kinetic resources, new generation surveillance methods, equipment and techniques eg PTZ cameras, Long Range Observation system, quadcopters.
- Core member of the high-powered team entrusted with audit and enhancement of security of Mamun Military station in the aftermath of Janglot-Samba attacks.
- Well-versed with the latest trends in physical security systems for the protection of assets. and security arrangements including access control of personnel and vehicles, cyber and information security, anti-sabotage measures, technical support counter-measures, counter IED drills and Fire Safety, Quick Reaction Teams, Coordination of communication setup, preparation of SOPs, etc.

- Raised a new Artillery Regiment with troop contributions from 30 different regiments. Team building, intimate mentoring and motivation led to the Regiment being awarded the Overall Best Regiment amongst approx 300 artillery regiments. 32 personnel received honours and awards during the period of command.
- Successfully commanded and motivated 500 troops in winter cutoff area bereft of civil communication, contact with families, electricity and any source of entertainment and under approx 15-30 feet of snow enduring in (-)50 to (-)55 degree Celsius temperature. All ranks completed the two-year tenure without any casualty.
- Aimed at team building, adventure activity teams were created from scratch and successfully launched three mountaineering expeditions and one White Water Rafting expedition.

Instituted various improvements, conducted more than 25 seminars/ lectures by SMEs and updating / content development of specialised joint training subjects with specific cross-cultural focus on international students.
- 2022-2023. Conducted two large scale integrated field firing through Exercises BULAND BHARAT and MONYUL RAKSHA on Northern borders.
- Instituted the Himalayan Strategic Studies course for officers and the Bob Khathing Institute of Tibetan Studies in Arunachal Pradesh.
- Jan 2005- May 2007. Undertook Instructional duties under aegis of Pune University for courses at the School of Artillery, Devlali. Approx 1500 personnel of various ranks have been mentored by me.
- As an Instructor of Gunnery, involved in a multitude of
collaborative establishment of training objectives, Test Design, Supervision, and Grading of individuals and Regiments of Indian Artillery.

- Budgeting of approx Rs 15 crores for management of hired transport and rail movement, Rs 100 crores for medicines, Rs 1500 crores for civil works construction and repairs. Budgeting approx Rs 50 crores, for the ‘Winning Hearts and Minds’ project of Operation Sadhbhavana, prioritizing and allocating projects as per genuine needs of local population, ensuring implementation in Kashmir Valley and Arunachal Pradesh.
