Responsibilities included:
*Teach and preach the Word of God regularly during Sunday services, Bible studies, and special gatherings, providing sound, scripture-based instruction.
*Provide premarital and marital counseling grounded in biblical principles to guide couples through relationship and family matters.
*Visit and pray with members in their homes, hospitals, and during personal or family crises, offering comfort and spiritual support.
*Offer holistic pastoral care by addressing the spiritual, emotional, and mental needs of individuals and families within the church community.
*Collaborate with senior church leadership in pastoral care, ministry planning, and church decision-making processes to support the overall vision and mission of the parent church.

*Support the Senior Pastors by sharing the leadership responsibilities and helping carry the spiritual and administrative burdens of the ministry.
*Provide marriage counseling and pastoral care, offering biblical guidance and emotional support to couples and families.
*Visit homes of members and newcomers, especially where prayer, comfort, or spiritual guidance is needed.
*Preach and teach the Word of God in the main church as well as in sister churches when assigned.
*Plan and organize newcomer fellowship events on a regular basis to welcome, connect, and integrate new members into the church family.

• Oversaw all contracting, distribution, manufacturing, and service operations within the Engineering Services Group.
• Managed 14 companies with a combined workforce of over 4,000 employees.
• Led and supervised key support functions, including HR, QHSE, Procurement, Corporate Communications, and Innovation.
• Successfully navigated and steered the group through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

• Established operations for Leminar in Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait, expanding the company's regional footprint.
• Played a key role in recruiting and developing talented individuals, grooming them into successful managers and leaders.
• Delivered record profits for shareholders and successfully navigated the companies through the 2008-09 financial crisis, achieving strong profits even during those challenging years.
