- I worked as a Shift Production Manager and reporting to Deputy manager(Applied Ceramic leveling department), handling a team of 14 members & 2 engineers . In ATG ACL department responsible for artwork, production ,quality, colour control , lehr setup, maintenance planning and utility.
- Inspection of various stages of production line process and ensuring process are executed according to plan.

- Monitoring the critical equipments in the plant, carrying necessary tests with external auditors & also using predictive maintenance methods TPM & responsible for scheduling and executing updating PMS system of the equipments & Planning, execution of developmental jobs, planned shutdowns.
- Spares management: - indent making, work orders and follow up with suppliers and contractors, follow up with purchase department & suppliers regarding technical clarifications and ensuring the availability of critical spares in the plant, checking the material received upon receipt also setting, monitoring and controlling department budget, using of MMS system.
- Implementing and practicing ISO, OHSAS, HACCP system regulations in the plant, carrying out GMP (good manufacturing process) audit of the department and carrying out on the job training to trainee technicians.
- Collating maintenance of equipment and developing cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards
- Participating in audits of department, giving corrective actions and clearing NCR if any.
