- Worked on migration of data and metadata from one Salesforce org to another using Fusekit, Workbench and Copado.
- Built a lightning page which displays all the relationship fields of 'Activity' object in user records using LWC.
- Merged Trigger functionalities into a single Trigger(with handler and helper classes wherever required) for Account, Contact and Opportunity objects each.
- Created a configuration workbook which displays information about all the metadata of a salesforce org using Batch classes and SOQL queries in Metadata API.
- Was responsible for removing, updating or creating new User records in Salesforce (along with providing permission sets, public groups and Queue assignments) either manually or by using Data Loader for bulk upload.
- Was responsible for resolving customer portal related backend issues. While solving these issues usually we did in-depth analysis through logs in Kibana.
- Was involved with the task of creating contact records in Salesforce through an Apex script and then sending these records in Marketing Cloud.
- Proactive Tasks: We proactively used to find out all those records having data integrity issues based on Application and Business requirements through SOQL queries using Workbench and solved them efficiently so that incoming incidents traffic get reduced.
- Other Activities: Assisted and coordinated with my team members while supporting customer applications and provided knowledge transition (KT) to new resources whenever they got on boarded.
