Transactions as per RBI Master circulars, Bank internal circulars
and URDG758 - To Review and process bank guarantee applications from Bank
customers, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and internal
policies. - Prepare and issue performance guarantees, advance payment
guarantees, and bid bonds, ensuring accurate and timely
documentation. - Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure that
guarantees are in line with relevant laws, regulations, and
contractual obligations. - Provide expert guidance to AD Branches and Customers on the
terms and conditions of bank guarantees and the process for their
issuance. - Monitor the validity and claims on issued guarantees, managing
the expiration and renewal process effectively. - To Ensure adequate collection of Margin security coverage and
commission of charges as per sanctioning terms. - Handling Processing of Buyer's credit issuances, Repayments on
Expiry Dates and related Inward Bank Payments. - I have also supported to the teams in Lodging Export
documentary collections and Inward Customer Remittances.
