• Developed detailed technical specifications for footwear prototypes based on customer feedback.
• Reviewed materials, components, and manufacturing processes to determine cost-effective production solutions.
• Tested raw materials such as leathers, rubbers, foams, fabrics. for use in creating prototype shoes.
• Resolved any issues encountered during the development process in a timely manner.
• Attended trade shows and conferences relevant to the footwear industry.
• Make sure to pass Fit & Wear test.
• Collaborated with marketing team to develop product concepts that met customer needs and company goals.
• Communicated regularly with suppliers regarding material availability and delivery timelines.
• Coordinated with vendors during sample creation process to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Negotiated pricing with suppliers for materials used in footwear production runs.

Commercial/Production Transfer:-

• Make sure to run the full size trial and solve the issues in each stage.
• Created and maintained product line documentation to ensure accuracy of design details.
• Kaizen implementation in order to improve the efficiency & quality.
• Make sure to transfer the smooth T/P to production.
