The A/B testings: Sep 2022 - Current

  • A new approach to test the features before rolling it out to the entire cohort. The tests and experiments yielded surprising results with a decent outcomes.
  • Simple tests such as knowing the affluence between 'Cashback vs Points', 'Wallet vs Sub-wallets', 'Personalized vs Non-personalized texts' & comparisons with the persona rankings to build an efficient model.

Sub-Wallets: Aug 2022 - Nov 2023

  • The evolving lifestyles encouraged us to think out of the box and pick use cases where transactions are seamless via respective wallets.
  • The project brought in an unexpected response, it cut out the cost-bearing elements of transactions for the team & influenced the expenditure behavior.

Content Distribution: June 2022 - Dec 2022

  • The idea is to put more effort into sharing the content with known and unknown audiences to educate on the services offered and tackle the prenotion of the product.
