- Lead Requirements Gathering– Working with key stakeholders from the client that currently involves UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, through workshops, sessions etc and translating their requirements by documenting stories and maintain quality of stories and features by adding right ac’s and adhering to definition of ready standards, to the development team
- Sprint Planning & Estimation – Working with the Client Product Owners and Deloitte Delivery Leads to identify priorities and plan the backlog/sprints against a Delivery Plan and conducting Estimation session for stories before sprint starts
- Support Development team – Working closely with the developers as they build the solutions. Handled both large Change Request and Enhancements Program by segregating newly assigned tasks(e2e defects & enhancements) and discussing with developers about the feasibility and complexity of tasks
- Defect Analysis and Resolution – Identifying issues by working with the QA team to validate features and stories and helping to covey them to the client and fixing them
- API Design, Technical quality and Performance- Proactively identifying data mapping challenges before making the user stories ready for developers. This also includes analyzing front end and backend task by being familiar with code base and external features.
