• Row issue resolving, land acquisition from land team & preparation of as-built drawing.
• Vendor management and cross-functional coordination.
• Preparing field quality plan (FQP) and method statements for construction activities.
• Conduct and monitor all field quality tests and be familiar with the sampling frequency, test protocols, and acceptance criteria.
• Problem-solving for anomalies often occurs in the construction process.
• Root cause analysis (why, why method).
• Meeting with all concerned for the agenda of corrective & preventive measures of ongoing activities.
• Coordinate closely with the client representative on technical matters and the proper execution of the project.
• Prepare BOQ for civil, electrical, and sanitary plumbing work.
